Welcome to Voltride E-Bikes. These terms outline the rules and regulations for using our website, purchasing electric bikes, booking servicing, taking test rides, and visiting our store.

1. Electric Bike Purchases

All electric bike models listed on our platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify our inventory, specifications, and pricing without prior notice.

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a detailed invoice. Ownership of the e-bike transfers to you only upon full clearance of payment. We ensure that every bike is fully assembled and safety-checked before it is handed over to you.

2. Servicing & Repairs

We offer professional servicing and repairs exclusively for electric bikes. We recommend scheduling your service appointments in advance through our website or by contacting our team.

Repair estimates provided before an inspection are approximate. If our mechanics discover additional critical issues during the service, we will pause work and request your direct approval before proceeding with any extra costs.

3. Test Ride Guidelines

We encourage customers to experience our e-bike models firsthand. To participate in a test ride, you must present a valid form of identification and be at least 18 years of age.

  • Riders must follow all local traffic laws and ride responsibly.
  • We provide helmets, which must be worn at all times during the test.
  • The rider assumes temporary liability for any severe damage caused by reckless handling during the session.

4. Store Visits

Our physical store is open for walk-ins, consultations, and order collections. We strive to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all staff and visitors.

We kindly ask that visitors respect our display models and follow staff guidance when interacting with high-voltage battery components or active charging stations on the shop floor.
